Weather Cancellation Policy

If a WMGS meeting is cancelled due to weather conditions, we'll announce the cancellation at one or all of these channels:

eNews email to all current subscribers who have provided email addresses. (Subscribe here)

Notification posted on the WMGS Website and Facebook group page.

www.wmgs.org & www.facebook.com/wmgs.org/

We'll also notify the venue - usually the Grand Rapids Public Library.

*Includes Kent County and the counties immediately surrounding; namely Ottawa, Muskegon, Newaygo, Montcalm, Ionia, Barry and Allegan Counties. There is some extension beyond these counties into other areas of the Western Lower Peninsula.
