The Western Michigan Genealogical Society (WMGS)

www.wmgs.org (“site”), is operated on behalf of WMGS (“WMGS,”

Website Privacy Policy
WMGS servers may record the numerical Internet
protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser
software you use and your operating system; the date and time you

personally. We use this Non-Personal Information to monitor the
effectiveness of our site and identify areas of interest and

WMGS maintains mailing lists.
There are a number of ways to subscribe to the WMGS mailing lists,
including submitting a form at our website or emailing us.
You may remove your name from our email list at
any time by sending a request to

Children
Our site is not designed for children.
We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
Compelled Disclosure
If we are required by
law to disclose the information that you have submitted, we will

request for your information has been made in order to give you an
