I signed up to attend the 2017 NGS national conference after having been to a couple of regional WMGS Got Ancestors conferences featuring nationally known speakers. One of the first things that I noticed as a difference between the conferences was the choices I would have to make for the sessions each day. I draw the analogy to eating at a restaurant. WMGS’ conference is like a classy family style meal – everyone is served the same meal. A national conference is like a smorgasbord – you get to pick from multiple presentations for multiple sessions for multiple days and they all feature a great presenter. You get to eat what you like. Tough choices.

Can’t wait for dinner, or the conference to begin. Num num.
